Shop is clean. Text interface and invoicing is neat. Value is 1/5. Shop rate is $220. I came in knowing I was paying a premium for specialist knowledge for my hybrid. I paid $330 to have my A/C diagnosed. I paid $915 + parts to have my A/C repaired. So all-in over $2,000. 4 days later ( and <10 miles) and my A/C is blowing hot again. Hopefully they can get me in to repair it correctly and make this right.

Don’t come here for anything that is being covered by car insurance. They delayed the quote a day, then couldn’t provide a paper or PDF of the quote, which wasted another day. I then had to go down in person. They handed me the laptop and asked me to troubleshoot and I did, like I work there or something. Kevin is the worst one. So 3 days delayed on their side. Then they got super upset when it took me two days (over a weekend!) to get the quote approved by insurance. They threatened to charge me a storage fee when they caused the initial delay. The owner will call and apologize and promise to fix things. In the end, it took almost 2 weeks after promising one day. It felt like the staff intentionally delayed the repair because I ratted them out to management about the long quote delay. So stick with the shops your insurance recommends.

I brought my Tesla Model 3 here for an inspection as it was nearing the end of its warranty because I had been noticing a frequent clunking noise. The technician took photos of the lower control arms and pointed out cracks but said it was “normal wear and tear” and wouldn’t be covered by Tesla. They quoted me about $4,000 total ($2,000 per side) for the repair. I decided to get a second opinion at the Tesla Service Center on Kato Street. Although the process wasn’t completely straightforward, they ultimately replaced both control arms under warranty at no cost. I’d definitely recommend getting a second opinion if something doesn’t feel right.

Am old customer from Luscious Garage days. Came to new address for the first time for transmission fluid drain and fill and to have brake checked. Extremely happy, will return and surely will recommend to others! Suggested to have additional sign so people do not miss entrance.
